I have subscribed to your newspaper for well over 50 years. I found it odd and quite disappointing that the local school, Columbus High School, was not featured in the Saturday and Sunday, August 30-31 Sports column. New Hope, West Point and even Starkville high schools were prominently featured. Columbus High’s scores were provided at the bottom of the page. Columbus High won last week but from reading your paper, this victory was not evident.
