COLUMBUS — Willie James Miller Jr., 61, died April 1, 2011, at Aurora Australis Lodge. Services are Friday at 11 a.m. at Carter’s Funeral Chapel in Columbus with Marion C. Bonner officiating. Burial will follow in Sandfield Cemetery. Visitation is today from noon to 6 p.m. at Carter’s Funeral Services. Mr. Miller was born March 29, 1950, in Lowndes County, to the late Willie J. Miller Sr. and Rebecca Miller. He is survived by his children, Angelia, Heather and Lydell Miller, all of Markham, Ill., and Latasha Martin of Columbus; sister, Diana M. Bonner of Columbus; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers are friends and family.
