COLUMBUS — Willie Mae Henderson, 90, died Jan. 12, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Union Baptist Church with Christopher McSwain officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is from 3-8 p.m. today at Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus. Mrs. Henderson was born Jan. 26, 1926, to the late Joseph Bradley and Laura Ella Bradley. She was a member of Union Baptist Church. She was previously employed with Johnston Tombigbee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Henderson. She is survived by her children, Dian Henderson and Joseph Norman Sr., both of Columbus, Leroy Conner of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Alice Faye Monroe of Spring, Texas, Leon Henderson of Enid, Oklahoma, and Shirley Henderson-Monroe of Richton Park, Illinois; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
