WEST POINT – Willie Lee Doss Jr., 83, died Feb. 2, 2021, at North Mississippi Medical Center of Tupelo. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, at St. Robertson M.B.Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Randy L. Conley Jr. officiating. Visitation will be from 1:30-2 p.m. prior to services at the cemetery. Carter’s Mortuary Services of West Point is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Doss was born March 25, 1937, in Clay County, to the late Willie Lee Doss Sr. and Ruthie Doss. He was formerly employed with Babcock and Wilcox. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Earnest Crumble, Henry Doss, Leroy Doss and Rosie M. Doss. He is survived by his wife, Nola B. Doss; children, James Doss, Clyde Doss, Jimmie Doss, Jonathan Doss, Bernice Harris, Thelma Doss and Rhonda Doss; step-children, Oscar Pierce and Lisa Pierce; siblings, Eddie Doss, L.C. Doss, Frankie Doss and Fed Doss; 16 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
