CINCINNATI, Ohio ­— Rev. Willie D. Billups, 80, died Aug. 26, 2020. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, at Beth-El M.B. Church, with the Rev. Ronnie Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Hairston anf Hairston Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements. Rev. Billups was born Sept. 19, 1939, in Starkville, to the late Willie Irvin and Katherine Billups. He was formerly employed as a pastor. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Billups; Ida L. Harrell, Annie M. Hodges, James Billups, Mary L. Thurston, Annie R. Hill, Johnny M. Billups, Carnell Billups, Russell Billups, Dennis Billups and Susie Billups-Glenn.
