William Edward Davis, 55, died May 2, 2009, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lowndes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Davis was born April 21, 1954, in Dallas to the late Jesse O’Neal and Mary Ellen Davis. He was a self-employed handyman. He is survived by his sister, Gloria Wilson of Knoxville, Tenn.; brothers, Paul Davis of Columbus, and Michael Davis of Bossier City, La.
