COLUMBUS — William Macklin Black Jr., 55, died Dec. 17, 2024, in Columbus.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Canaan Baptist Church. Lowndes Funeral Home of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Black was born Dec. 22, 1968, in Columbus, to the late William Macklin Black Sr. and Valerie Medora Black. He was formerly employed as an aircraft mechanic.
He is survived by his wife, Cassie Perkins Black; children, Ally Black, Hunter Black, Hannah Black, and Abigail Black; and siblings, Dee Causey and Mary Savage.
