COLUMBUS — Wiley “Bay-Bay” Johnson, 68, died Oct. 23, 2025, at his residence. 

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, at Hairston and Hairston Funeral Home, with Johnny Beckwith officiating. Hairston and Hairston Funeral Home of Columbus is in charge of arrangements. 

Mr. Johnson was born Aug. 21, 1957, to the late Roosevelt “Bo” Johnson Sr. and Ella Mae Johnson. He was formerly employed as the owner of B&B Tire Services LLC and was a member of Church of Christ. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Irene Johnson and Roosevelt Johnson Jr. 

He is survived by his children, Randi Johnson of Tupelo, Rhonda Johnson and Derek Johnson, both of Columbus; siblings, Tipple Barry, Darlene Poole, Willie Mack Johnson, Marshall Johsnon, Frank Johnson, Leonard Weaver, Penny Randle, Lisa Pounds and Lorenzo Johnson; and two grandchildren.
