WEST POINT — Ross Wayne Weaver, 73, died Aug. 21, 2025, at Dugan Memorial Home.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Weaver was born Jan. 16, 1952, to the late Ross and Earlene Vernon Weaver. He was a graduate of West Point High School and attended Mississippi State University. He was formerly employed at Artex and Navistar.

He is survived by his children, Christie Sims of Columbus and Marc Weaver of Guntown; and seven grandchildren.
