Wallace D. Booth, 83, died Friday, February 11, 2011 in the Golden Living Center in Eupora. Funeral services were held on Monday, February 14, 2011 at the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora, burial followed in the Bethesda Cemetery in Oktibbeha County. Visitation was held Sunday, February 13, 2011 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora was in charge of all arrangements. Mr. Booth served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Erma Booth of Columbus; daughters: Rebecca Roberson of Tuscaloosa, AL, Teresa Bawa of Columbus, MS and Judy Leininger of Prattville, AL; one son William Booth of Mathiston; cousin James Booth of Eupora, MS; nephew Danny Redd of Florida; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces and nephews survive. The family wishes to acknowledge their appreciation to the care givers of the Golden Living Center of Eupora for their loving care for Wallace and all the family. Pallbearers were Danny Redd, Jerry Tucker, Ben Baugh, Brian Bishop, Herbert Redd, Donald Denese, Cole Booth.
