STARKVILLE — Viola Barton, 87, died Dec. 3, 2025. 

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at West Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home. West Memorial Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements. 

She is survived by her children, Barbara A. Skinner of Columbus and Deborah L. Sims of Starkville; siblings, Charles H. McGee of Dartmouth, Ohio and Renee Bullock of Starkville; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
