EUPORA — Vernon Donnell Howell, 62, died Jan. 5, 2026, in Eupora.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Austin C.O.C. Holiness in Starkville. Burial will follow at Sessums Community Cemetery. Visitation is from 2:30-6 p.m. Friday at West Memorial Funeral Home. West Memorial Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his children, Aramis Howell and Jadyn Howell, both of Starkville, Neiko Howell of Tupelo, and Britany Henton of West Point; siblings, Frederick Johnson of Canton, Albert Robertson III of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Barbara Harris of Starkville, and Linda Clark of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; and two grandchildren.
