ACKERMAN — The Rev. Tommie Stallings, 76, died June 24, 2025, in Tupelo.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Bethel M.B. Church in Starkville. Burial will follow at East Sand Creek M.B. Church Cemetery. Visitation is from 1-6 p.m. Tuesday at West Memorial Funeral Home. West Memorial Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Johnnie Stallings of Ackerman; children, Tracy Spencer and John Spencer, both of Columbus, the Rev. Earnest Stallings of Cartersville, Georgia, Concordia Cork, Prentiss Cork, DeTracy Childress and Rachel Cork, all of Ackerman, Delynn Stafford and Anthony Smith, both of Starkville, Danette Stallings, Tommie Stallings Jr, Dwight Stallings, Bernita Stallings, Ronda Drake, Tammie Stallings and Regina Stallings, all of Corinth, and Monique Grayer of Georgia; siblings, Andrew Stallings, Mary Doss and Nancy Smith, all of Starkville; 41 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
