COLUMBUS — Thomas “Thom” Edward Geiger, 72, died Jan. 26, 2026, at his residence.

A private burial service will be held. Visitation is from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory. Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Geiger was born Dec. 29, 1953, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to Ruth Geiger.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Susan Geiger; daughters, Amanda Johnson, Cassie Rucker and Jeanie Geiger; sisters, Suzi Muniz and Jan Bennett; and numerous grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Greg Rucker, Darin Johnson, Jacob Johnson and AVery Woodcock.
