MILLPORT, Ala. — Susan Ayers, 69, died July 31, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle.

Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Monday, at Dowdle Funeral Home, with Scott Cole officiating. Burial will follow at Christian Chapel Church Cemetery. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Dowdle Funeral Home of Millport iss in charge of arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ravis and Betty Ayers; and brother, David Ayers

She is survived by her sons, Heath Crowe and Chuck Crowe; sisters, Sandra Spears and Karen Hall; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Chuck Crowe, Dustin Crowe, Ross Evans, Jason Ayers, Matt Weathers and George Prater.
