VERNON, Ala. — Stevion “Steve” Delano Jackson, 70, died March 224, 2026, at his residence.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Phillip Slone officiating. A graveside service followed at Lamar Memory Gardens. Visitation was two hours prior to services at the funeral home. Chandler Funeral Home of Vernon was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Jackson was born March 13, 1956, in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, to Earlene Russell Jackson and the late Robert Delano. He was formerly employed as an auto parts salesman.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Tony Jackson.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jackie Jackson; sons, William Jackson and Tyler Jackson; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Matt Duke, M.J. Duke, Benji Lacy, Tyler Lacy, Cody McNees and Terry Russell.
