Steven Leonard Miles, age 72, died Monday, September 15, 2025, at his residence in Columbus, MS.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Church On The Rock, 800 Tuscaloosa Road, Columbus, MS, with Rev. Stuart Vail and Rev. Mitchell Rushing officiating.

Mr. Miles was born on February 1, 1953, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, to Rose Miles and the late Jessie Miles. He moved to Rockford, IL, shortly after his birth. He moved to Haleyville, AL, to be near his parents and later moved to Columbus, MS, to be near his sister, Sharon Dollarhide.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Ammerman Miles; his son, Jeremy Miles; his father, Jessie Miles; sister, Katrina Scallin; and brother, Ken Miles.

He is survived by his son, Jason Miles; mother, Rose Miles; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Louis Dollarhide; brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Susan Miles; sister-in-law, Karen Miles; brother- in-law, Joe Scallin; grandson, Jarred Miles/Mattea; granddaughter, Jessica Morgan; grandson, Bradley Miles; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Steven was a HAM operator and member of AARL but mostly, he just loved the LORD.
