WEST POINT — Sharon Haynes, 79, died Dec. 7, 2025, at her residence.

No services will be held at this time. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Haynes was born May 28, 1946, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Woodrow Wilson and Barbara Strange Mack. She was formerly employed as a blackjack dealer with Pearl River Resort in Philadelphia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Dean Haynes; and siblings, Shirley Mack, Ruthie Jane Mack, Dennis Berry, Billy Mack, Joe Mack, Charlie Mack and Steve Mac.

She is survived by her children, Lola Haynes of Wichita Falls, Texas, Elizabeth Brower of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Joseph Haynes of Philadelphia; siblings, Nancy Bachfish of Missouri, Cindy Whitehead and Terry Mack Flores, both of West Point, and Vickie Mitchell of Vernon, Alabama; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
