STARKVILLE — Shanquina Lavell Henderson, 45, died Aug. 5, 2025, in Columbus. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Spring Hill M.B. Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Peiler Cemetery II. Visitation will be from 1-6 p.m. Wednesday, at West Memorial Funeral Home. West Memorial Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements. 

She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Brown; step-father, Eddie Brown; sisters, Latonya Jefferson, Kenyette Coggins, Shundrea Henderson of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Brittany Granderson; and brothers, Terrelle Coggins and Takarion Tate.
