WEST POINT — Rubye Wray, 81, died Sept. 9, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel, with James Towery officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Wray was born Jan. 16, 1944, in West Point, to the late Herbert and Annie Cecil Reid Barnes. She was the owner and operator of Did Someone Say Party and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Wray; and siblings, Melba Springer, Emma Kate Manning, Herbert, John and Floyd Barnes.
She is survived by her children, Inger Berger of The Woodlands, Texas, Joseph L. Wray Jr. of West Point, and Heath Alan Wray of Gluckstadt; and eight grandchildren.
