STARKVILLE — Rosie Marie Clay, 68, died Jan. 12, 2026, in Columbus. 

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at St. Matthew M.B. Church. Burial will follow at Sessums Community Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Friday, at the West Memorial Funeral Home.  West Memorial Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements. 

She is survived by her husband, Horace Clay; three step-children, sisters, Diane Lathan, Bobbie Lark, Sharon Clark and Felecia Clark; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
