CEDAR BLUFF — Robert “Junior” Starfford, 70, died Sept. 27, 2025, at his residence. 

There will be no services at this time. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements. 

Mr. Stafford was born March 6, 1955, in Clay County, to the late Robert Estel Sr. and Mary Orean Dees Stafford. He was formerly employed as an inspector at West Point Casket Company and as an Engineer for Dennis Dill Plumbing
