WEST POINT — Robert Lee Clark Jr., 86, died March 30, 2026, at Starkville Manor Health Care. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. at St. Paul M.B. Church in West Point, with Eddie A. Longstreet officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-5 p.m. Friday, at Carter’s Mortuary Service. Carter’s Mortuary Service of West Point is in changes or arrangements. 

Mr. Clark was born June 18, 1939, in West Point, to the late Robert Lee Clark Sr. and Hattie Strong Foster. He was formerly employed on the press machine at Daily Times Leader. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Sara Ratliff and Carolyn Bozeman; and brother, James Strong Foster. 

He is survived by his wife, Annie Pearl Clark of Starkville; son, Douglas Clark of Hattiesburg; daughters, Nina Cane, Doris Ward, both of Starkville, Linda Smith of Wyncote, Pennsylvania; step-son, Siemion Bush of Aldie , Virginia; sister, Jeannie Foster Cooper of Nashville, Tennessee, 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
