VERNON, Ala. — Rebecca “Becky” Anne Sudduth, 69, died June 25, 2026, in Columbus.

No services will be held at this time. Chandler Funeral Home of Vernon is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Sudduth was born Sept. 10, 1957, in Newfoundland, Canada, to the late Gaylord and Rona Parsons Surratt. She was a graduate of La Vista High School in Omaha, Nebraska, and a graduate of Mississippi University for Women. She was formerly employed as a realtor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mose Lee Sudduth Jr.; and brother, Marty Surratt.

She is survived by her children, Ashley Sudduth and Jordan Sudduth, both of Columbus.
