COLUMBUS — Randle McKinstry, 53, died June 12, 2025, in Columbus.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at United Christian Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Williams officiating. Visitation is from 4-6 p.m. Friday at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Williams was born June 30, 1971, in Columbus, to Essie Colister and the late George McKinstry.

He was a 1989 graduate of Caledonia High School and attended East Mississippi Community College. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was formerly employed as a truck driver. He was a member of United Christian Baptist Church.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughters, Kendle McKinstry of Columbus and Madelyne Phillips of Houston, Texas; siblings, Steven McKinstry, Tarsha Sykes and Latonya McKinstry-Bowen, all of Columbus, and Freddie Wallace of Memphis, Tennessee; and two grandchildren.
