NOXUBEE COUNTY — Omarion “OJ” Jones, 18, died Dec. 17, 2024, in Noxubee County.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Sunday, at Noxubee County High School, with Montreal Rucker officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill M.B. Church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Macon is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Jones was born March 22, 2006, in Noxubee County, to Willie Jones and Bessie Brewer. He was formerly employed at New Process Steel and was a member of Spring Hill M.B. Church.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Dieshika Taylor, Deboris Jones and Darius King, all of Macon, Malakee Jones of Starkville and Ricardo Jones of Tupelo.

Pallbearers will be Darry Brewer, Derry Brewer, William Western, Willie Brewer, Omari Glenn, Demarcus Stevenson, Ellis Steel Jr. and Alonzo Poe.
