COLUMBUS — Nathaniel Rogers Jr., 64, died June 7, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Oakland M.B. Church in Crawford, with Bennie Coleman officiating. Burial will follow at Union Chapel M.B. Church. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Friday at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Rogers was born Sept. 7, 1961, in Macon, to Earline Robinson Boatman and the late Nathaniel Rogers Sr. He was formerly employed as a machine operator with Gulf State Manufacturing.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Lisa Fulton Rogers of Columbus;; children, Crystal Morris of South Bend, Indiana, Nathaniel Hinton of Starkville, Jonathan Rogers of Arlington, Texas, Natron Rogers and Antwaun Rogers, both of Columbus; siblings, Robert Rogers and Fredrick Rogers, both of Columbus, Evelyn Mitchell, George Rogers, Deloris Greer and Tiffany Boatman, all of South Bend, and Kulmoris Joiner of Jackson; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
