COLUMBUS — Nancy Bradford, 76, died April 20, 2026, at her residence.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Dowdle Funeral Home, with Joe Beckon officiating. Burial will follow at Meadow Branch Cemetery in Kennedy, Alabama. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Dowdle Funeral Home of Millport is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Bradford was born June 30, 1950, in Louisville, to the late Charlie and Lilly Mae Walker. She was formerly employed with Weyerhaeuser.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Dolly McBrayer, Earlene Keene, Nora Higdon, Molly Howard, Mary Hill, Perry Walker and Jr. Walker.

She is survived by her husband, Emmitt “Buddy” Bradford Jr.; son, Lynn McCrimon; sister, Joyce Bushey; and two grandchildren.
