COLUMBUS — Marvin A. Guyton, 60, died May 7, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle.

No services will be held. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Guyton was born Dec. 5, 1965, in Columbus, to the late Lee Boyd Guyton and Carrie Dancy Guyton. He was a member of Northside M.B. Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Bernice McGhee and Shirley Carey.

He is survived by his siblings, Bobby Morgan of Columbus, Gloria Davis of West Point, and Gloria Smith of Chicago, Illinois.
