COLUMBUS — Mark Douglas Caudill, 33, died Feb. 16, 2011. Services are Monday at 11 a.m. at Lee-Sykes Funeral Home in Columbus with Pastor Ken Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at Lee Sykes Chapel in Columbus. Mr. Caudill was born Jan. 23, 1978, to Phyllis Caudill and the late Jimmie Caudill in Columbus. He was a design engineer and a 1997 graduate of Columbus High School. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Anna Douglas Caudill of Birmingham, Ala.; and sisters, Bobbie Gustafson of Seattle, Wash., and Rene Mansfield of Steens.
