Marion Johnston Butler, age 63, of Columbus, MS, passed away April 25, 2026, at her residence. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Butler was born April 27, 1962, in Greenville, MS, to the late James and Jerry Boyd. She has been a resident of Columbus for over 50 years and was a member of the East Columbus Church of Christ. Mrs. Butler was a retired accountant from RSC – Rental Service Corporation and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandson.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Michael Butler of Columbus, MS; son, Randy Butler and his wife, Penny of Columbus, MS; daughter, Marie Adair and her husband, Dylan of Columbus, MS; grandchildren, Aaren Butler, Emma Butler, Kayelyn Butler, Isaac Adair; and great-grandson, Grayson Butler, all of Columbus, MS.
