PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Lucy Washington Cole, 73, died Dec. 13, 2025, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Trinity Mt. Carmel M.B. Church, with Stanley Washington officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Friday at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Cole was born July 7, 1952, in Columbus, to the late Martha Ann Washington and Willie Washington. She was formerly employed as a bakery manager and a seamstress.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Freddie Washington and Willie James Washington Jr.

She is survived by her children, Stanley Washington, Vyngie Washington, Myisha White, Johnathan Cole; siblings, Jerrie Washington, Joanne Washington, Willie Lee Washington, RL Washington, Johnny Washington, Henry Lee Washington and Clarence Washington; and 10 grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Stanley Washington, Thomas White, Dontrell Jackson, Vyngie Washington, Fredrick Washington and Antonio Washington.
