NOXUBEE COUNTY — Lisa L. Franklin, 54, died June 18, 2025, at Noxubee General Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, at Redeemed by God Ministries in Brooksville, with Terry Franklin officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Samuel M.B. Church Cemetery. Visitation is from 1-5 p.m. Thursday at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Macon is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Franklin was born April 17, 1971, in Noxubee County, to the late David Franklin and Willie Pearl Gardner. She was a 1990 graduate of Noxubee County High School and was a member of Redeemed by God Ministries.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Curtis Franklin and David Franklin Jr.; and one grandchild.

She is survived by her children, Antonio Franklin of Columbus, Brittney Smith and Felisha Graham, both of Macon; siblings, Jannie Cole Barrett of Orlando, Florida, Eddie Franklin, Barry Roby and Rettina Stallings, all of Columbus, David Franklin III and Apostle Terry Franklin, both of Brooksville, and Lionel Franklin of Nashville, Tennessee; and four grandchildren.
