CRAWFORD — Lillie B. Hart-Hill, 98, died March 13, 2026, at her residence.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Charity Mission Full Gospel Baptist Church, with Donald Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Friday at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Hart-Hill was born Aug. 21, 1927, in Starkville, to the late J.D. Hart and Lennie Doss. She attended Pleasant Grove Schools in Oktibbeha County and was a member of Faith Covenant Fellowship.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack B. Hill Sr.; children, Jack B. Hill Jr., Hilda Hill Fox, Carl L. Hill and Kendale Hill Sr.; siblings, Alex Hart, Willie Hart, J.D. Hart, Joe Hart, Mary Stovall, Isabel Outlaw, Lennie Hart-Williams, Martha Hart-Hill, Letha Hart-Malone and Mae Lou Issac; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Jet Hill, Gregory Hill, Hazel Adams, Brenda Hill Stewart and Cathy Hill Jones, all of Columbus, Margaret Hill McCarter and Anna Hill McCarter, both of Crawford; 41 grandchildren; 106 great-grandchildren; and 51 great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Anthony Frierson, Kendale Hill Jr., Solomon Hill, Donovan Hill, Kenneth Adams, Marquette Hill, Kevin Hill, and Jamarco Hill.
