MOUNDVILLE, Ala. — Lee Aldreidge, 85, died Nov. 30, 2025, at his daughter, Gwen’s residence. 

Funeral services will be at noon Saturday, at Dowdle Funeral Home, with Jeff Long officiating. Burial will follow at Higdon Church of God Cemetery in Kennedy, Alabama. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Dowdle Funeral Home of Millport, Alabama, is in charge of arrangements. 

Mr. Aldridge was born in Liberty, Alabama, to the late Thurman and Vera Roberta Aldridge. He was formerly employed  at Central Foundry, as a catfish farmer and as a truck driver at Baggett Transportation. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Larry Aldridge; and brothers, James and Jerry Aldridge.

He is survived by his wife; son, Kenney Aldridge; daughters, Gewn Kelly, Lynn Hall and Lisa Boone; sisters, Mary Sellers and Geardean Seal; brother, Wayne Aldridge; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. 

Pallbearers will be Jeff Seal, Tony Seal, Julian Seal, Mark Aldridge, Jonathan Aldridge, and Doyce Aldridge.
