CALEDONIA  — LaDeane Robertson Dowdle Moore, 99, died Sept. 13, 2025, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. 

Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, at Memorial Gardens. Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home of Clinton is in charge of arrangements. 

Mrs. Moore was born Feb. 21, 1926, to the late Ruben Boyd and Jewel Robertson. She was formerly employed as a teacher at Columbus High School. 

She is survived by her daughter, Jenta of Clinton; son, Jim Dowdle of Columbus; six grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
