WEST POINT — Larry Donnell Belk, 63, died Oct. 26, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Sunday, at St. Paul Beasley C.M.E. Church in Pheba, with Cedric Brownlee Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Belk Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-5p.m. Saturday, at Carter’s Mortuary Services. Carter’s Mortuary Services of West Point is in charge of arrangements. 

Mr. Belk was born Nov. 14, 1961, in Clay County, to the late Samuel L. Belk Jr. and Desser Cousins. He was formerly employed as a mechanic. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Juette Belk, John L. Bellk, Roman Belk; and sisters Laura Belk and Minnie Belk. 

He is survived by his sons, Devarius Actkinson; daughter, Angel Belk Myles; brothers, Eric Belk, Carl Belk and Jimmy Dale Belk; sisters, Dorothy Belk, Margaret Belk, Gussie Belk, Genethie Belk and Shirley J. Belk; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
