COLUMBUS — Kayline Hamilton Jr., 46, died July 14, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Cedar Grove M.B. Church, with David Williams officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Friday at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hamilton was born March 2, 1979, in Aberdeen, to Kayline Hamilton Sr. and Patricia Hamilton. He attended Caledonia schools and was formerly employed with Swift and Royal Trucking. He was a member of Cedar Grove M.B. Church.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kareem L. Hamilton.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Destiny J. Richey of Meridian, Diana Alvarez of San Antonio, Texas, Joshua Hamilton, Jacob Hamilton and Kaylin C. Hamilton, all of Columbus; and brother, Kevin Hamilton.

Pallbearers will be Amos Scaife, Jermel Houston, Marquis Gardner, Tobey Hamilton, Nelson Williams and Keon Hatchett.
