WEST POINT — Kathy Williamson, 68, died Sept. 12, 2022, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. 

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Calvert Funeral Home, with James Towery officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements. 

Mrs. Williamson was born Jan. 29, 1954, in Carrollton, to the late Horace Lee Beckwith and Bessie Strickland. She was formerly employed as a truck driver, school bus driver and a nurse with North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point. 

She is survived by her daughters, Katia Williamson, Lisa Lee and Pam Fox, all of West Point; son, Brad Williamson of Cedar Bluff; step-father, Billy Jo Strickland of Carrollton; brother, Mark Beckwith of Lewisburg, Tennessee; and eight grandchildren.
