BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Karen Camille Tisdale, 61, died March 1, 2026, at her residence.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m.Saturday, at People’s Tabernacle Church, with Stephen Collins and Barry Sutton officiating. Graveside services and burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Otts Funeral Home of Sulligent is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Tisdale was born July 10, 1964, in Covington, Louisiana, to the late Charles Howard Biggers and Geneva Sue Jenkins Biggers. She was a 1982 graduate of Covington High School and a graduate of North Shore Technical College in Bogalusa. She was formerly employed as a licensed practical nurse and was a member of New Life Church.

She is survived by her husband, G.R. Tisdale of Birmingham; children, Clay Tisdale of Sulligent, Caleb Tisdale of Birmingham, and Casey Magnolia of Beaverton; siblings, Charles Biggers of Covington and Debbie Suggs of Baton Rouge; and six grandchildren.
