OMAHA, Neb. — Johnnie Ray McCloud, 62, died Nov. 27, 2025, in Omaha, Nebraska.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Tabernacle M.B. Church  in Macon. Burial will follow at Hall Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Hairston and Hairston Funeral Homes of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. McCloud was born Sept. 15, 1963, in Macon, to the late Ira Lee McCloud and Fannie Stewart McCloud. He was a 1981 graduate of Noxubee County High School and was formerly employed in the sanitation department with Conagra Food.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Roderick McCloud.

He is survived by his children, Jonnisha McCloud and Terrance Graig, both of Omaha; siblings, Gloria Jones, Ira Lee McCloud, Cream McCloud, Brenda Jones, John Earl Rucker, and Anita Hill, all of Macon, David Stewart of Omaha, Donna Farrow, Bonnie Smith and Tina Stevenson, all of Columbus, Latasha Jones of Birmingham, Alabama, and Frederick Presswood of Ohio.
