OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — Jackie Sullivan Sr., 56, died Sept. 26, 2009, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma. Services are Friday at 2 p.m. at Otts Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Gilmer Addition-Sulligent City Cemetery. Visitation is today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Sullivan was born May 26, 1953, in Guin, Ala. to the late Roger Buster and Edna Mae Cribbs Sullivan. He was a member of Praised Assembly of God in Hamilton, Ala. Mr. Sullivan was a graduate of Sulligent High School and a United States Army veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death his wife, Janice Smith Sullivan; brothers, Raymond Sullivan, Jimmy Don Sullivan and Peter Sullivan. He is survived by his sons, Jackie Ray Sullivan Jr., Jimmy Don Smith, Willie Dewayne Jones, all of Norman, Okla., and Jonathon Sullivan, of Guntersville, Ala.; daughters, Jackiley Johnson and Tina Jones, both of Norman, Okla., Destiny Sullivan and Lakira Sullivan, both of Guntersville, Ala.; sisters, Dorothy Freeman, Mary Brooks, Bobbie Jean Thompson, all of Oklahoma City, Okla., Ina Broyles, of Sulligent, Ala. and Linda Cobbs, of Hamilton, Ala.; 19 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers are Tony Townsend, Audie Williams, Robert Trevino, Robert Massey, Ken Broyles and Perry Broyles.
