WEST POINT — Inez Q. Mosley, 86, died Sept. 5, 2025, at Dugan Memorial Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, at New St. Peter M.B. Church, with Judias Neal officiating. Burial will follow at Pool’s Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 4-5 p.m. Saturday at Carter’s Mortuary Services Chapel. Carter’s Mortuary Services of West Point is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Mosley was born Oct. 9, 1938, in Pheba, to the late Willie Lee Quinn and Christine J. Quinn. She was formerly employed as a Head Start teacher.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Mosley Sr.; children, Frank Mosley Jr. and Freda Mosley Smith; and brother, Webber Quinn.

She is survived by her sons, Thomas Mosley and Richard Mosley; siblings, Charles Quinn, Kelvin Quinn, Wilda Gandy, Rowena Quinn, Annette Collins and Beulah Joyce McGee; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
