WEST POINT — Hosea M. Williams, 46, died Feb. 14, 2026, at UMMC-Jackson. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Oakland M.B. Church in Crawford, with the Rev. Elbert Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-5 p.m. Tuesday, at Carter’s Mortuary Services. Carter’s Mortuary Services of West Point is in charge of arrangements. 

Mr. Williams was born Feb. 27, 1979, in Lowndes County, to the late John Williams and Daisey Williams. He was formerly employed at Yokohama Tire.
