REFORM, Ala. — Henry Bynum McElroy, 87, died Nov. 18, 2010, in Pickens County Medical Center. Services were Saturday at 2 p.m. at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Cody Warren officiating. Burial followed in Marvin Chapel Cemetery. Mr. McElroy was born March 4, 1923, in Pickens County, Ala. He was a retired truck driver and U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Ann McElroy; parents and a number of sisters. He is survived by his daughter, Faye Blackstock of Vicksburg; sons, Wayne McElroy of Reform, William and Terry McElroy, both of Carrollton, Ala.; one sister, 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
