COLUMBUS — Harry B. Parr, Jr., 64, died March 3, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Turner Chapel A.M.E. Church, with Antonio Henry officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Friday, at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Service’s of Columbus is in charge of arrangements. 

Mr. Parr was born July 16, 1961, in Columbus, to the late Harry B. Parr Sr. and Doris Parr. He was formerly employed as a master chef at Morrison and CAFB. He was a member of Turner Chapel A.M.E. Church. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Iris Stewart and Dorothy Smith. 

He is survived by his children, Latoya O’Neal, Nicole Parr and Adrian Parr; siblings, Howard Parr, Marivin Parr, Selena Parr, Dreamer Jackson, Stephanie Jones, all of Columbus, Larry Parr Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Eugene Parr of Stockbridge, Georgia; and five grandchildren.
