VERNON, Ala. — Gladys Jeanette Reeves Crawford Cline, 88, died Sept. 1, 2017, at her residence. Services are at 3 p.m. today at Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Carlos Dean officiating. Burial will follow in Wofford Cemetery. Visitation is two hours prior to services at the funeral home. Chandler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Cline was born Feb. 18, 1929, in Lamar County, Alabama, to the late Colvin and Dora Reeves. She was a seamstress and a floral designer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Thomas Crawford and Elwin Cline; three brothers, Cloyce Reeves, Marshall Reeves and Floyd Reeves; and three sisters, Sallie Reeves, Clorene Reeves and Lela Robers. She is survived by her daughter, Kitty Pennington of Vernon, Alabama; brother, Fred Reeves of Vernon, Alabama; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
