MACON — Geraldine Clay, 74, died Dec. 22, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, at Macedonia M.B. Church, with the Rev. Terry Rice officiating. Burial will follow at Turner Hairston Cemetery. Visitation is from 3-5 p.m. Friday at K. Lewis Professional Memorial Service. K. Lewis Professional Memorial Service of Shuqualak is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Clay was born Jan. 10, 1951, in Macon.

She is survived by her children, Tyrone Clay, Andrew Clay and Felisha Clay, all of Macon; stepmother, Betty Jean Davis of St. Louis, Missouri; siblings, Willie Hairston, Ricky Hairston and Mary J. Hairston, all of Macon, Glenn Davis of Jackson, Willie James Davis, Portia Faye Mason, Stacy Lynn Prowell and Lovey Davis, all of St. Louis; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
