COLUMBUS — Fannie “Webe” Lee Tate, 65, died Dec. 16, 2025, at her residence.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Prairie Point M.B. Church in Macon, with Donnie Fields officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Friday, at Carter’s Funeral Services. Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Tate was born June 2, 1960, in Macon, to the late Wallace Beamon and Luerena Brewer Beamon. She attended Noxubee County Schools and was formerly employed at Trim Joist and Bryan Foods. She was a member of Holy Ghost Temple Healing and Deliverance Ministry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Wallace Beamon and Jasper Beamon.
She is survived by her children, Samantha Tate, Antwoine Tate, Timothy Tate, all of Columbus; siblings, Dorothy Jackson and Johnny Beamon, both of Columbus; and 11 grandchildren.
