Fannie Mosley

NOXUBEE COUNTY — Fannie P. Mosley, 85, died March 9, 2026, at Winston Medical Center in Louisville.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Carter’s Funeral Services, with Ronald Murray officiating. Burial will follow at Slaughter Cemetery in Shuqualak. Visitation is from 2-5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Carter’s Funeral Services of Macon is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Mosley was born Oct. 1, 1940, in Noxubee County, to the late Phil Poe and Mary Poe. She was a member of Calvary M.B. Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eulee Mosley; children, Josephine Robinson, Joe Natham Mosley and Lamar Mosley; and siblings, Jimmy Poe, Walter Poe, Mildred Timmons, Andrew Poe, Aaron Poe, Mary Francis Tompkins and Allen Poe.
She is survived by her children, Johnny C. Mosley, Joann Scott and O.C. Mosley, all of Shuqualak, and Albert Mosley of Daytona Beach, Florida; siblings, Elizabeth Washington of Detroit, Michigan, David Poe and Lillian Reeves, both of Cleveland, Ohio, Gladys Jenkins of Shuqualak, and Phil Poe Jr. of Bettendorf, Iowa; 15 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.
